Spain King Philip V minted at Mexico City (Mo mintmark). Mint Error variety where a small "M" used in "VNUM" & for the Assayer letter "M" and then was re punched with the correct larger size "M" for these two locations. Perhaps a 1 2 real M punch was used by mistake and then corrected. Certified by NGC to VF 30, nice details, well struck, lightly toned.
